Oh how I've missed my weekly temple trips. It was so nice to be able to go each week, and I miss it dearly. Thankfully, we have a temple in Baton Rouge. The young single adults were going to do baptisms tonight and Zack invited me to come along.
I met a girl who goes to BYU, but is in Baton Rouge for the summer for an internship. It was fun to have a BYU buddy to talk to. After the temple we all went out to eat. I liked being around mormons again. Haha, I forgot how much I love my morms.
Weird part of the night: the missionaries came to the temple with us. And out to eat with us. They had permission and everything, but I still thought it was weird. I was sitting next to one of the elders and everything he did I kept imagining my friends doing or saying that on their missions. Really distracting. It made me miss my little missionary pals. But I am so proud of them for serving the Lord.
In other exciting news, my oral surgeon check up went well. Dr. Vinci told me I can start brushing the holes in my mouth where my wisdom teeth were. Even if it makes them bleed. Uh...not excited about that. Oh, and I got 3 pairs of shoes and 5 skirts today. Woo! All super cheap. Gotta love Goodwill :)
